If you are the Insured/Policyholder, it is your responsibility to check periodically to ensure that you are aware of the updated Excluded Countries/Territories and Restricted Countries. In addition, please be aware that access to this link/table may be interrupted due to (a) website downtime for scheduled maintenance at the sole discretion of Generali Life (Hong Kong) Limited and/or Assicurazioni Generali S.p.A. – Hong Kong branch (as applicable) ("Generali"), or (b) interruptions in internet connectivity or other website downtime caused by circumstances beyond Generali’s control, including, without limitation, acts of God, acts of government, flood, fire, earthquakes, viral pandemic, civil unrest, acts of terror, strikes or other labor problems, computer or telecommunications failures, or delays involving hardware or software not within Generali’s control or network intrusions. You hereby acknowledge and agree that Generali shall not, in any way, be liable for, or bear responsibility with respect to, any such service interruptions and release Generali from any claims relating thereto.
