For any documents not written in English / Chinese, the Policyholder needs to provide the certified valid translation
Claimant needs to bear the fee of completing claim form part II. We may ask for other documents or supporting information on case by case basis to facilitate the claim process.

Please submit written notice and written proof of claims within a specific period of time (please refer to the policy provisions on the required timeframe).
