Generali Hong Kong Donates HK$3 Million to Support Communities affected by Tai Po Fire

Hong Kong – Generali Hong Kong expresses sincere concern regarding the fire incident at Wang Fuk Court in Tai Po and extends our deepest condolences to all impacted residents and customers.  

  

To address the immediate needs of the community, Generali Hong Kong will donate HK$3 million to support emergency relief and recovery efforts. 

  

In addition to the corporate donation, Generali Hong Kong will match the voluntary contributions made by employees and financial advisors to further strengthen the relief efforts. 

  

Generali Hong Kong will also offer a one-off relief donation of HK$10,000 to its customers* residing in Wang Fuk Court to help meet urgent and essential expenses during this difficult time. 

  

To ensure timely support, our dedicated team is available via the Generali Hong Kong support hotline at (852) 3187 6187 to answer enquiries related to policy coverage, provide support on claims procedures, and offer priority claims processing. 

  

Generali Hong Kong remains committed to supporting the Hong Kong community during this challenging time and will continue to provide assistance wherever needed. 

  

*The customers include the policyholders of in-force policy: (1) Life Insurance, (2) Personal Accident, (3) Home Insurance, or (4) Domestic Helper Insurance, and at the time of the fire, the registered address was Wang Fuk Court, Tai Po.
