Cecilia Chang is the Chief Executive Officer of Generali Life (Hong Kong) Limited and General Manager of Assicurazioni Generali S.p.A. Hong Kong Branch.
Cecilia joined the Generali Group in 2016 in Hong Kong as Head of Financial Lines and Underwriting, Asia for the Global Corporate & Commercial (“GC&C”) business and relocated to Milan in 2018 as Global Head of Financial Lines & Underwriting in GC&C. Prior to joining Generali, she began her insurance career as a corporate lawyer for a Chicago based carrier and moved on to hold leadership positions in underwriting at multinational carriers in the USA and Asia.
With a wealth of experience in the insurance industry and a strong track record of success, Cecilia will lead Generali Hong Kong to drive sustainable growth and continue to deliver our promise of becoming a Lifetime Partner to our business partners and customers.
Ady is responsible for driving the strategy of Broker and IFA Distribution Management of Retail Life Distribution to achieve strategic objectives and financial targets, as well as overall Marketing Management for the Generali Hong Kong business.
She has over 20 years of extensive experience in the insurance industry in multi-channel business development and management across different distribution channels including bancassurance, agency and brokers.
Alessandro is responsible for financial performance, capital management and strategic transformation for Generali Hong Kong. He leads the finance, accounting, planning, investments and procurement teams.
Alessandro has been with Generali Group for 20 years in various capacities, including Capital Budgeting, Solvency II reporting, Risk and Value management and Strategic Planning & Control across Life, P&C and asset management businesses. In his previous role, Alessandro was Group Head of Capital Planning & Optimization with Generali Group.
Connie Yeung is responsible for the overall management of Operations for Generali Hong Kong. Her key mandate is to redefine the company’s operations strategy to maximize efficiency. In addition to Information Technology and PMO, she also drives Policy Administration, and Claims and Retail Operations.
Connie has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry and joined the Generali Asia Regional Office in 2014. Beginning in 2018, she assumed the current key management role with Generali Hong Kong.
David Fontaine is responsible for Corporate Insurance business for Generali Hong Kong and is in charge of driving the growth of the Employee Benefits and General Insurance Commercial portfolios. He is also in charge for A&H Inward Reinsurance business and Pricing (non-life).
He joined the Generali Asia Regional Office in 2017. Prior to that, he was the Regional Head of SME Business at AXA Insurance Gulf.
David has over 10 years of experience in the Insurance sector across Europe and Middle East and 10 years of experience in the Investment Banking and Asset Management industries. His areas of expertise are Property and Casualty, Risk Management, Change Management and Business Strategy.
Marcus is responsible for Employee Benefits business for Generali Hong Kong and in charge of driving the group life and group medical business, developing profitable business portfolio and managing the distribution.
Marcus has over 20 years of experience in business development and marketing, with over 10 years in the insurance industry managing various business lines including employee benefits, general insurance and pensions. Marcus holds a Master of Law from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
Ringo is responsible for Accident & Health Insurance business for Generali Hong Kong and is in charge of driving the growth of the Personal Accident and Travel Insurance portfolios.
With over 25 years of experience, he joined Generali in 2012. Prior to joining Generali, Ringo had held various management positions within Zurich, AIG and had also worked with Chubb. Ringo holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Lingnan University.
Ronald leads Actuarial functions of the Generali Life businesses in Hong Kong and is accountable for ensuring the company’s actuarial practices comply with the internal policies, relevant actuarial standards of practice and regulatory requirements.
With over 15 years of actuarial experience in the insurance industry, Ronald has extensive experience in financial & statutory reporting, capital management, asset liability management, and transformation initiatives. Prior to joining Generali, he has held various actuarial and finance positions within Manulife Asia and Hong Kong office and Prudential Asia, and also worked with AXA, MetLife and Aon Consulting.
Ronald holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Applied Mathematics from the University of California, Berkeley and is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA).
Shirley Chan is responsible for the overall people management for Hong Kong. She drives the People Strategies, including Organization Development, Performance Management, Talent Management and Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Change Management, and Succession & Manpower Planning.
Shirley has extensive Human Resources experience in the insurance and financial industries. Prior to joining Generali, she managed and developed the Human Capital for HSBC Insurance in Hong Kong.
Shirley holds a Master Degree in Training & Human Resources Development from the University of Technology, Sydney. She is also an Associate Member of The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (UK).
Simon is responsible for Small and Medium Enterprises insurance business for Generali Hong Kong. He leads the SME Team and provides Underwriting, Marketing, Agency Management and Product development functions on all lines of SME General Insurance business.
He has over 20 year experience in General Insurance field with sound and extensive experience in Underwriting, Marketing, Agency Training and Broker Operation.
Windian is responsible for B2B2C business for Generali Hong Kong. She is in charge of strengthening existing business partners’ relationships, looking for new business partners and management of the Bravo Generali digital platform to drive digitization in the Company.
She has been in the insurance industry for over 10 years and has extensive experience in product development and management, business and marketing in local insurance industry.
Windian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Actuarial Science from the University of Hong Kong and is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA).
