  1. The payment method applies to paying your policy’s renewal premium.
  2. You may settle your premium payment via direct debit from your HKD bank account or Credit Card (for specific products only).
  3. You can download the related authorization form from our company website (generali.com.hk).  Or you can register with our online customer service portal GenBRAVO (genbravo.generali.com.hk) as user. Then you can review your policy information or download any required forms anytime, anywhere.
By Online Banking Bill Payment
  1. Log in to your online banking service and access “Bill payment”.
  2. Select below merchant from merchant category "Insurance": 
    For Policy Number starting with 87, select "Generali Life (Hong Kong) Limited"
    For Policy Number starting with 83, CLS/ELS/PIM or 000, select "Assicurazioni Generali S.p.A. Hong Kong Branch"
  3. Select appropriate "Bill Type" : (1) Premium (2) Extra Premium (3) Loan Repayment
  4. Input the "Bill Number":
    For Policy Number starting with 87 or 83 , input the Policy Number (8-digit) as the “Bill Number”.
    For Policy Number starting with CLS/ELS/PIM or 000, input the Bill Number (8-digit) stated on the Premium Notice as the “Bill Number” and please also input the Policy Number under “Remarks”.
  5. Please follow the bank instructions to complete the payment process.


By Faster Payment System (FPS)
  1. FPS by mobile and online banking service are acceptable.
  2. Please input below for identifier and input policy number, name of policyholder/insured under "Remarks".
    For Policy Number starting with 87 and 28, input '101544229' for identifier
    For Policy Number starting with 83, CLS/ELS/PIM or 000, input '101507929' for identifier

By PPS
  1. PPS by internet and by phone are acceptable.
  2. Please input or select below Merchant Code and select ‘1’ for premium payment:
    For Policy Number starting with 87 and 28, input or select ‘6613’ for Merchant Code
    For Policy Number starting with 83, CLS/ELS/PIM or 000, input or select ‘6360’ for Merchant Code
  3. Input the "Bill Number"
    For Policy Number starting with 87, 28 or 83, input the Policy Number (8-digit) as the "Bill Number"
    For Policy Number starting with CLS/ELS/PIM or 000, input the Bill Number (8-digit) stated on the Premium Notice as the "Bill Number"
Cheque or Bank Draft or Cashier Order
  1. Please mail (21/F, 1111 King’s Road, Taikoo Shing, Hong Kong）a crossed cheque/bank draft/cashier order to us and made payable to below with policy number, name of the Policyholder/Insured at the back of cheque/bank draft /cashier order.

    For Policy Number starting with 87 and 28, made payable to “Generali Life (Hong Kong) Limited”
    For Policy Number starting with 83, CLS/ELS/PIM or 000, made payable to “Assicurazioni Generali S.p.A.”
  2. Post-dated cheque / Overseas bank cheque/ Traveller cheque/ Gift cheque are not acceptable
  3. USD cheque (issued by local bank) / USD
